At Leliekloof Lodge, we are proud to support Vissers van Hoop, a community initiative turning successful carp fishing into something that gives back. Carp caught from local dams are transformed into fishcakes and distributed to people in need. As one of the dams supporting the project, we are happy to play a small part, and are sharing their story in the hope of connecting them with more dam owners who would like to contribute.

VanniKloof Studio invites artists to submit work for Slow Landscape: Whispers of the Wild, a group exhibition set within the quiet surroundings of Leliekloof Lodge in the Stormberg mountains. This is not a traditional exhibition. The work will unfold over four months, encountered gradually by guests and visitors who stay, and engage with the space. We welcome submissions that respond to landscape in its broadest sense: natural, emotional, remembered, or imagined.
