This is by far my favourite Salad Dressing Recipe to date! It is healthy, quick to make, and perfect for everyday adding a fresh final touch to your salad.

Ingredients
1 Green Pepper
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Olive Oil
1 Cup White Vinegar
2 Tbsp Basil
1 Tbsp Garlic
Method
Blend all ingredients together, refrigerate and serve cold.
