Gorgeous, Freshly Caught, Crispy Fried Bass Fillet Recipe!

There's nothing like freshly caught fish. This is a super easy recipe, gorgeous, crispy and yet wonderfully flaky at the same time. Bass is boneless and therefor a great fish for making fillets. This tried and tested fried bass fillet recipe will serve between 3 and 4 persons, we served it with potato chips and a mediterranean salad.
FRESH FRIED BASS FILLET NUGGETS
Ingredients
You will need:
x1 medium bass fish (skinned and gutted), cut into fillet nuggets
Salt water
x1 cup self raising flour
x2 tbs Inna Paarman Fish Spice
1/2 tsp pepper
x2 eggs
Sunflower Oil for frying
Paper Towel
Directions
Directions should always be short and to the point.
After cleaning your bass, cut into 6cm fillet nuggets.
Soak your fillet nuggets in salt water for 30 minutes.
Mix all the dry ingredients on a flat surface to cover your fillet nuggets.
Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
After the fillet nuggets soaked for 30 minutes, roll and cover the fillet nuggets in the dry ingredients.
Dip the fillet nuggets in the egg mixture.
Repeat and cover the fillet nuggets with the dry ingredients.
While you continue with the process of covering and dipping all the nuggets, heat the oil in a deep frying pan.
Once all the fillet nuggets have been covered and the oil is warm enough (always test first), you go ahead to fry each fillet until cooked through - approximately 3 minutes each side until golden brown.
Remove from the pan and place on some paper towel to soak up excess oil.
Serve hot and enjoy!!
