Delicious Creamy Potato Bake Recipe For The Whole Family To Enjoy!

We love any tasty, creamy potato dishes in our family - this recipe by all means has always been a big hit! It is especially great to make as a side or as part of the main with a gathering of friends and family.
What makes this recipe even better is the fact that it is adaptable for those with allergies such as lactose. To make this lactose free I have substituted the cream with Orley Whip cream (lactose free), the milk with Parmalat's lactose free milk, and cheese with lactose free or dairy free cheese and trust me it tastes as great - you would not even notice the substitutions!
CREAMY POTATO BAKE
Section 1: Your Ingredients
You will need:
5 large potatoes, boiled in their jackets until nearly cooked
250ml cream
250ml milk
250ml grated cheese
1 tbsp parsley
1 packet white onion soup
Section 2: Directions
After boiling, peel and thinly slice your potatoes. Place in an ovenproof dish.
Mix the remaining ingredients together, except the cheese.
Pour over the potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 180ºC for roughly an hour. The cream will have set and the potato bake will be golden brown. Serve immediately.
